Nie miałem na routerze zainstalowanego odhcpd i wpisów w /etc/config/dhcp .
Teraz działa też na laptopie.
Ciekawostka.
Faktycznie wygląda że po ipv6 jest szybciej, przynajmniej pingi są krótsze.
