Z jakiegoś powodu nie zamontował mi automatycznie karty. Dopiero po wydaniu polecenia mount.

Po za tym że masz flash zapchany to wygląda sensownie. Pytanie czemu nie nic o wykrytych interfejsach szeregowy.

Podłącz kabel szeregowy i patrz co się dzieje z systemem podczas startu.

Masz niepotrzebny router, uszkodzony czy nie - chętnie przygarnę go.

Właśnie podłączanie po serialu chciałem uniknąć(ciężko się podobno 3020 rozbiera) ale jak trzeba...

Ciężko jak ciężko - ostrożnie trzeba. PS. Wyłącz wifi i wtedy zobacz czy i jak działała.

Jeszcze zauważyłem że po utracie kontaktu z routerem(po zaniku zasilania) po przytrzymaniu przycisku na obudownie router restartuje się i wszystko jest ok czyli jest extroot i jest kontakt z routerem. Wydaje mi się że router potrzebuje więcej czasu na zamontowanie karty sd albo karta jakoś inaczej się montuje jak już jest router włączony (przez wpięcie modemu na włączonym sprzęcie). A może coś z automount? Da się jakoś wydłużyć czas montowania?

Nie, nie zgadza się. Wyraźnie było napisane w poradniku że dane w HEX mają być, nie dziesiętnie.

opkg install -d ram e2fsprogs

tylko
opkg install -d ram fdisk

no bo extroota jeszcze nie ma a we flash brak miejsca

najpierw podzielić dysk, utworzyć partycje fdisk a później sformatować jak w 2c

i kontynuować extroota a na końcu ustawić swapa - tak?

Witam

Czy udało się uruchomić exroota na modemie e3131? Przejrzałem już cały temat, kombinowałem na różne sposoby i dalej nie wczytuje mi exroota. Jak podepnę kartę w przelotce na usb, exroot się uruchomi, ale nie mam internetu.
Przełączyłem modem na stałe poleceniem SETPORT = A1,A2;1,3,2,A2. Odinstalowywałem USB_MODESWITCH, modyfikowałem wpisy w USB_MODESWITCH.D itp. itd. Nie mam już pomysłu. Czy jest gdzieś jakaś instrukcja jak uruchomić exroot na e3131 tak step by step?

Tzn jak chcesz extroota na karcie pamięci modemu to ... tak, powinien być podpięty smile. Choć źródło internetu dowolne.

dziś rano po okresie testów openWrt, stwierdziłem, że wgram wszystko na nowo, aby pozbyć się resztek z testów
i tak
3420 +aktywny HUB+pendrive z Extroot i swap'em +modem E398

pendrive przygotowałem przed instalacją, tzn podzieliłem na dwie partycje (852MB na extroota i 128MB na swap)
sformatowałem obie partycje (ext2 i swap)

aktualizowałem soft routera wgrywając Gargoyla 1.5.9.6 i dalej zgodnie z poradnikami zrobiłem extrota, w fstab dopisałem swap, wszystko po uuid

niestety po restarcie, nie widzi pendriva (ani extroota, ani swapa)
blkid nic nie zwraca
nie widzi ani sda1 ani sda2

natomiast po wyłączeniu zasilania i włączeniu wszystko jest OK, tzn widzi extroota i swap

co sprawdzić, i co może być powodem, że po restarcie nie widzi pendriwa z extrotem i swapem, a po wyłączeniu z zasilania i ponownym włączeniu jest wszystko OK?

dwie różnice:
1) Gargoyle był z pliku factory - bo to była wtedy pierwsza instalacja openWrt
a teraz jest z sysupgrade - bez zapisu konfiguracji
2) pendrive miał tylko jedną partycję ext2 na extroota bez swapa
a teraz są dwie partycje ext2 na extrota i swap

wszystko ustawione wg poradnika i nie było problemu do reboota,
za pierwszym razem extroot zawsze był po restarcie

masz jakiś pomysł?

factory od sysupgrade różni sie tylko paroma bajtami w nagłówku żeby firmware oryginalny nie zgłupiał, więc to nie to.

pendrive nawet siedzi w tym samym gnieździe USB w HUB

jakie są różnice w mechanizmach odczytu USB po restarcie i po włączeniu zasilania, gdzie szukać?
