Może najpierw mając uruchomiony openwrt w ramie ( z initramfs) sprawdzić , jaka jest wersja modemu , i ją ew podnieść do B12 , a później wgrać Nordic B12 ( co by przytnajmniej to pasowało).
No i Nordic B12 jak tylko połączy się z internetem , to raczej zaktualizuje się sam do B14 ,więc lepiej nie wsadzać na początek karty sim , tylko odczytać hasło z konsoli ze zmiennych ( a nie z bootloadera) , bo jak się zaktualizuje do B14 to konsola będzie miała hasło...

I po tym ma wstać nordic. Jeżeli hasło z naklejki nie będzie pasowało to poszukaj w wątku o mf286d jak odczytać hasło z bootloadera.

Dostałeś to w linku - pierwsze cztery punkty. Masz rozpisane co uruchomić, jak przerwać bootloader i co wpisać żeby uruchomić initramfs. Nie kliknąłeś tego w ogóle.

Tam nie ma konfiguracji. Uruchamiasz, w zakładce serwer wybierasz interfejs na którym na nasłuchiwać i tyle
