Temat: TP link 1043 - modem Huawei 173

Witam,
mam problem z modemem. Właściwie dwa.
Pierwszy to taki, że skonfigurowałem połączenie jak w opisie i podając komendę ifup wan mam komunikat:
"Can't open device /dev/ttyUSB0.
wan(3g): Failed to set the PIN code."

Sprawdzałem i kod podaje prawidłowy. Karta abonamentowa w orange. Nie można z niej zdjąć PINu.

wan mam ustawiony:

W modemie jest karta microSd SDHC 8GB. Widze chyba tylko pamięc flash modemu. A karty nie. Nie jestem tego pewien.
Być może dlatego, że na początku wykonałem polecenie mkdir -p /mnt/siec.

Chcę jeszcze zrobić exroota na nim.

2. extroot zrobisz jak na stałe modem przełączysz odpowiednim AT^U2DIAG
3. jaki to właściwie model E173?

Masz niepotrzebny router, uszkodzony czy nie - chętnie przygarnę go.

Nie zainstalowałeś w ogóle serownika do połączenia szeregowego. Idź do poradnika "router 3g" - potrzebujesz kmod-usb-serial i kmod-usb-serial-option

Że najpierw musisz zainstalować kmod-usb-serial. Po co instalujesz wszystkie jak tylko -option potrzebujesz?

faktycznie trochę za dużo wrzuciłem.. ale w końcu poszło. Dziękuję smile
Zrestartowałem router.
I chociaż za pierwszym razem był problem to teraz:
root@OpenWrt:~$ ifup wan
SIM ready
PIN set successfully

Tyle, że zaraz się rozłączył. Bez komunikatu. A teraz jak próbuje się połączyć to mam:
root@OpenWrt:~$ ifup wan
timeout checking for PIN.wan(3g): Failed to set the PIN code.


A teraz jest ok. Czyli raz jest ok a raz nie. Mało stabilny. Pytanie czy to problem po stronie routera czy modemu.

pisząc odłącz miałeś na myśli fizyczne odłączenie czy restart?
Jeśli restart to poprzez resrart usb?
/etc/init.d/usb restart

Generalnie po jakimś czasie potrafi się sam rozłączyć.....

no tak. Raz działa raz nie. Odłączyłem to zaskoczył.
Zakończyłem połączenie i ponowna próba nie powiodła się.
Co więcej. Połączenia nie było. Żadnych komunikatów nie podawałem a połączenie jest zestawione.
