Mam chorego pacjenta (wymaga agutalizacji modemu;) ) z play. Nie działa framwework PLAY to NORDIC. Wyświetla Invalid selected version. Ktoś coś?
EDIT ok już chyba wiem. Przy pierwszym podejściu modem się zaktualizował ale pacjent tak się powiesił że musiałem ratować mtd8 i mtd9. Wiec teraz soft ma play a modem telia. Jest na to jakaś rada?

Ok to kolejny pacjent uwolniony spod męczarni i działający już z jedynym słusznym softem
Udało mi się wgrać wersję Mifi i działa to o niebo lepiej niż mój dotychczasowy B525 na modowanych softach.
Korzystałem do tej pory na Huaweiu z trybu bridge i chciałbym skonfigurować Mifi pod tryb mostka ale nie widzę nigdzie takiej opcji.
Czy Mifi przewiduje taką możliwość i jeśli tak to jak to ugryźć?
Nie ma takiej opcji. Co więcej - samo openwrt nie ma takiej opcji, więc tego nie zrobisz.

Panowie z zupełnie innej beczki. Mam Openwrt od Ice4g skompilowane. Mam tę samą kartę Play w ZTE MF 286D i zamienne do telefonu ja przekładam. Telefon to motka g200. I tu pojawia się transfer. Dla ZTE MF 286d nie przekracza 70 Mbps. Dla telefonu jest to na tej samej sieci i miejscu około 140 Mbps. Oryginalnego softu do ZTE nie umiem wgrać. Modem jest do wersji Eliza b11 zaktualizowany.... Czy może ktoś z większym doświadczeniem napisać o co chodzi ? 5 g nie jest aktywny w Motoroli.
Tylko że ta motorola ma inny chip do LTE i jest Cat20...
Włącz sobie jeszcze flow offloading.

Oczywiście i już kilka razy o tym pisałem, tak samo jak o teltonice i mikrotiku. Ale nadal - w openwrt tego nie ma, jak ktoś zrobi i dołoży to będzie.
No tak ale w eterze są trzy pasma - 1800 ,2100,2600 i nie liczące się 800 MHz. Zatem ZTE jak i Motorola korzystają tylko z 3 "nośnych lte' 800 MHz żeby nie wiem co to tam z 5 Mbps poleci max. Wygląda na to że ZTE ma coś popsute. Albo nie zapina 256 qam na nośnych, albo nie daje rady z Openwrt. Nie mam jak sprawdzić na oryginalnym firmware ZTE. Ale może ktoś z was mógłby zbadać ten temat. Pozdrawiam.
Motorola korzysta ze wszystkich pasm , a ZTE może używa 800MHz a nie używa któregoś z tych pojemnościowych. Więc na początek możesz wyłączyć B20 z agregowanych.
Na pewno MF286D na OpenWRT spokojnie u mnie osiąga 150Mb/s ,a koledzy mówili o ponad 200...
No nic będę jeszcze próbował zbadać temat. Co do agregacji to owszem Motorola zagreguje 4 pasma na raz ale te B20 nic nie znaczy bo tu przepustowość marna jest na 5 Mhz widma. ZTE pokazywał agregację 1800+2100+2600. I w tym samym miejscu i czasie oraz sieci wyniki są diametralnie różne. Te B20 mogło by poprawić wynik o 5-8 Mbps a tu mamy do czynienia z różnicą 70 Mbps i więcej czasem.. Nic to badam.
To jest wynik na agregacji B3 (1800 MHz) @20.0 MHz + (S1):B7 (2600 MHz) @20.0 MHz w Plusie https://www.speedtest.net/result/13681214621
Na początku podchodziło pod 200Mb/s.
Przy dodaniu pasma B1 @ 5Mhz jet podobnie ,więc prawie nic nie daje.
przy okazji ta komenda pokazuje tu tylko dwa chainy:

I tak Ci fajnie. U mnie w optymalnych warunkach 37mb/s leci na 2600+1800+900 - i to po lockowaniu na zyxeliku. Na mf286d nie udało mi się zalockować na sektorze. Czy są już jakieś postępy w tej kwestii?
No to ja zrobiłem test Samsungiem A7 z 2018. W tym samym miejscu sieci i czasie tylko karta inna choć wszystko na Playu i poszło na Samsungu 97 do 104 mb/s. A na ZTE 70 lub mniej. Samsung ma modem kat 6. Do 300 Mb. Testy robione kilkanaście razy. Teraz nie mam na razie tego ZTE. Kolega u siebie go bada. Sterowanie pakietami jak go miałem nie pomagało i nie przeszkadzało mu. Wyniki bez zmian. BTS na Potockiej 33 w Warszawie, dach budynku mieszkalnego.
Witam. Podłącze się pod wątek z pytaniem. Wgrałem openwrt na ZTE MF286D od T-Mobile. Modem posiada Revision / Firmware: BD_MF286DMODULEV1.0.0B01. Czy i do jakiej wersji mogę bez obaw podnieść soft modemu i czy warto?
Generalnie nie znamy listy zmian i co nowe softy zmieniają. Wiemy tylko że np. ostatnio kilka wersji temu pojawiła się agregacja uploadu. Ale jeżeli producent wypuszcza nowe wersje to ma ku temu powód.
Tego z T-Mobile nie podniesiesz ,bo do niego zadnych update nie było , trzeba przeflashowac go na Telia/Nordic albo Elisa.

Na mf286d nie udało mi się zalockować na sektorze. Czy są już jakieś postępy w tej kwestii?
Wczoraj próbowałem robić celllock na Plusie , i faktycznie coś jest na rzeczy , ustawienie earfcn/pci na B7 czy B3 ( tych z szerokością kanału 20MHz) i wszystko było ok , ale już ustawienie B1 czy B8 ( te mają po 5MHz) objawiało się często resetem modemu ,jak tylko speedtest się zaczął.
Nie kojarzę takich rzeczy w T-Mobile ,czy w Playu....
EDIT: Dziś spróbuję to zrobić z MC801A, zobaczymy ,czy on też będzie świrował ( bo na nich mam celllock ,ale skupiałem się na tym ,żeby to były B7 lub B3).
MC801A tak samo świruje jak cellock zrobię na któryś z bandow 5Mhz i ustawi się on na podstawowym.Kazdy speedtest kończy się na tym ,że ustawia się na 3G i tak już zostaje.
Ustawienie któregoś z pasm 20mhz jest ok. choć chyba router nie agreguje wtedy więcej niż jednego pasma.
Także to raczej wina operatora. Po Play (gdzie router wogole nic wtedy nie agreguje) Plus tez ma wielkie problemy.
Witam Panowie.
Podepnę się pod temat. Zachciało mi się zrobić upgrade ZTE MF286D (wersja Nordic, aktualizacja B12). Klamot rozebrany do kości, dolutowałem seriala, podłączyłem PL2303. Odpaliłem puTTy po COM2. Uprzednio przygotowałem obraz openwrt.itb i luci ściągnięty z dl.eko.one.pl. PuTTy ładnie wyświetla logi. Tylko jest mały problem. W instrukcji napisano „zatrzymać uboot po UART”. Na pewno nie działa Ctrl+Q lub Ctrl+C. Ale przed załadowaniem kernela jest wpis w logu: „Press ESC to abort autoboot in 0 seconds”. Jak zatrzymać bootowanie przed kernelem? Jest jakiś inny sposób dostania się do routera? Np. po SSH? Jaki login i hasło?
Siedzę już z tym kilka godzin i nic mi nie wychodzi. Jestem zielony.
