Temat: USB, modem HSDPA, drukarka i HDD na TL-WR941ND v2

Witam.
Mam routerek jak w temacie. Chciałbym uruchomić na nim funkcje jakie są dostępne dla 1043ND czy MR3420. Na forum jest dużo opisów dla tych routerów a dla mojego nie. W chwili obecnej mam zainstalowane Gargoyle 1.3.16 i routerek działa. Z uruchomieniem sprzętowo USB powinienem sobie poradzić, zamierzam zastosować huba usb, zasilanie +5V przez stabilizator 7805, zasilacz dam większy 2A, aby poradził dysk i modem jednocześnie. Proszę o pomoc krok po kroku jak to wszystko uruchomić. A może prościej będzie zmienić sprzęt na MR3420 ?

Bo Twój router programowo jest taki sam jak 3420 czy 1043. Wszystko co napisano dla nich na 941 też zrobisz (jak będziesz miał usb).

Czyli mogę wgrać gotowy obraz dla MR3420 ?
Dzisiaj wyruszę na miasto na poszukiwanie odpowiedniego huba.
Na razie postaram się uruchomić usb na kabelku z gniazdkiem.
Modem mam ZTE K3565-Z czy do niego są jakieś uniwersalne sterowniki czy muszę znaleźć jakieś linuxowe?

Nie. Musisz mieć obraz dla swojego przeznaczony, inne nagłówki są. Ponadto, w 941 domyślnie nie ma usb, wiec generowane obrazy (w wsparcie w kernelu) nie zawierają obsługi usb. Więc musisz sobie obrazy zrobić z obsługą usb.

Chyba się poddam. Nie mogę uruchomić portu USB.
OpenWrt nic mi nie wykrywa. Może w mojej wersji nie wystarczy tylko polutować gniazda USB.

Przecież Ci napisałem. 941 nie ma portu usb, więc obrazy (a obsługa 941 w kernelu) nie ma wkompilowanego USB. Dolutowałeś port to jedna sprawa. Teraz musisz sobie zbudować obraz z obsługą usb, dodając odpowiednie patche (https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php … 64#p104964).

Chyba nie dam rady. Myślałem że wystarczy samo doinstalowanie paczek.
Jednak najlepszym wyjściem dla mnie będzie zamienić go na 3420 i skorzystać z gotowych obrazów.

Będę bardzo wdzięczny. Spodobała mi się zabawa z OpenWrt, ale doskwiera brak podstawowej wiedzy. Jednak będę starał się to nadrobić.

Dzięki Cezary za poświęcony czas, ale dalej nie mogę dać sobie rady z portem USB.
Myślałem przez chwilę że to wina huba usb, ale podlutowałem samo gniazdo i nic.
Widocznie w mojej wersji trzeba coś więcej przerobić aby usb działało.
