Temat: przerobienie Check Point 600 na openWRT

Witam wszystkich serdecznie
wpadł mi w ręce firewall Check Point 600 model L50W
urządzenie naprawdę fajne - slot na kartę SD, 2 USB, switch 8 x 1GB, karta WIFI
zdjęcie: http://zdalnypomocnik.pl/CP600.jpg

chciałem przerobić go na openWRT i używać go jako serwer domowy (serwer www, samba, DLNA, openvpn)

Zrób sobie obraz initramfs i spróbuj go jakoś uruchomić z uboota.

w weekend zrobię dump oryginalnej pamięci i zaczną kombinować ....
zobaczymy co z tego wyjdzie

Great project.

I own 3 pieces of Check Point 600 L-50W.
And that's why I'm very interested in your experiment and the result of this.

Can you come up with a status update on your project?

Sincerely
Nikolai from Denmark

Odkopuję temat, bo w sumie też mnie zaciekawiło to urządzenie. Czy pytałeś ich może o źródła GPL?

Mam i używam: Fujitsu Futro S720, Netgear R6220, Unielec U7621-06, TP-Linki 1043 V1, V2, Linksysy EA7500v2, AeroHive AP350, Linksys EA8500, ZTE MF286d.

No to napiszę o u mnie słychać.

Poniższa komenda pozwala uruchomić router z u-bootem od  ZyXELa NSA325:

kwboot -B 115200 /dev/ttyUSB0 -b u-boot.kwb -p

To dobrze wróży.

Potem obraz i gotowe. wink

Tak. Z tej.

EDIT:

Edit 2:
Mam już plan na najbliższy czas. Switche mają reset na którejś z GPIO i trzeba będzie ją znaleźć. Chyba, że checkpoint jednak wypełni gpl. Męczę ich mailami i na forum.

Póki co mam w planie:
1. Uruchomić phy marvella w ubocie i w konsekwencji Ethernet na porcie wan.
2. Wgrać obraz initramfs i znaleźć pin od resetu switchy.

Mam i używam: Fujitsu Futro S720, Netgear R6220, Unielec U7621-06, TP-Linki 1043 V1, V2, Linksysy EA7500v2, AeroHive AP350, Linksys EA8500, ZTE MF286d.
Mam: D-Linki DWR-921, DWR-118, DWR-116, TP-Link WDR-4900 v1, Checkpoint L-50, Linksysy 1900ACS, LB-Link BL-W1200,

A ten  Check Point 600 z aukcji wymaga dodatkowo wykupienia jakichś licencji?
