to jest pytanie, czy swierdzenie ?

przed resetowaniem wyłączyłem przez GUI port 22
zresetowałem firewalla przez putty
zauważyłem że stronka www z WAN-a nie działa, mimo ponownego resetu firewalla nie pomogło
więc zresetowałem router - i właśnie taki efekt był,że myślałem że się już nie podniesie - przy 3 się podniósł

znowu mi się zawiesił router 1043 - dlaczego ?,
a po odłączeniu zasilania tj.resecie długo się podnosił,
na szczęście się podniusł - co z nim nie tak

przecież nic ze specjalnych usług nie jest uruchomione na  routerze, jest zapisywalna historia odwiedzin stron 2000 oraz z google 1000, strona www, ftp, logi na pendriva - i to mu wystarczy aby zabrakło mu pamięci - przecież nigdy nie widziałem aby przekroczyło 20 MB
wcześniej też się zawieszał bez tych usług - nigdy nie wiedziałem dlaczego ?
Jakieś propozycje rozwiązania problemu ?

Odp: Logowanie zdarzeń systemowych do pliku

Po zastosowaniu tego poradnika loguje mi do pliku ale...tworzy mi dwa pliki jeden logi.txt a drugi logi.txt.old. W tamtym old są stare wpisy jednak i tak i tak nie odzwierciedlające zbytnio starej historii zdarzeń. Jak zrobić, żeby tworzył mi np. 100 plików i dopiero potem zaczynając od najstarszego je nadpisywał (czyli np historia miała być powiedzmy no tak do 250 dni wstecz). Tak przynajmniej to działa na tomato. Da się tak na openwrt?

Musisz innego demona logów zainstalować - np. syslog-ng  + logrotate.

W takiej sytuacji powinieneś sobie przypomnieć że nie wszystkie pakiety przenieśli do CC z oldrepo i trzeba zainstalować z repozytorium BB...

RT-AC56U. Działa super. Zainstalowałem openvpn, ftp szyfrowanego. Generalnie miał być pod tomato ale w tomato coś jest zepsute jeśli chodzi o vsftpd. Nie chciał mi działać za portem wan bo po sieci lan chodziło. Wgrałem CC i działa super. Nawet więcej mogę na nim zrobić na openwrt niż na tomato. Klika serverów vpn i w ogóle odpowiednie regułki w firewallu pomiędzy poszczególnymi vpn - jestem zadowolony. Brakuje mi tylko właśnie historii logów żeby wiedzieć co kiedy konkretnie się działo jak w tomato...

Czy na routerze R6220 z Gargoyle 1.13.0.0pre9 można otrzymać informację o złym napięciu zasilania w logach?
Co jakiś czas wiesza mi się router z dyskiem SSD modemem USB E3131 podpiętym poprzez HUB-a (HUB na razie bez zasilania dodatkowego).
Zrobiłem zapis do pliku ale nic z niego wywnioskować nie mogę bo brak takich informacji
