Temat: TP-Link TL-WR842N/ND v2 - nie działa WiFi

Witam

Router TP-Link TL-WR842N/ND v2  stracił całkowicie usługę  WiFi  podczas działania na DD-WRT v24-sp2 27147  (06/01/2015) pozostałe usługi działają bez zakłóceń jak również i sam router (działa jak zwykły router bez WiFi).

W celu usunięcia problemu przywróciłem oryginalne oprogramowanie TP-Linka i uruchomienia WiFi jak również  próby włączania "przyciskiem hardwarowym" nie odniosły pozytywnego skutku.
Następnie po wgraniu Gargoyle i próbie uruchomieniu WiFi  pozostaje na informacji :  "Proszę czekać na wprowadzenie zmian..."
W DD-WRT nie ma nawet zakładki " Wireless " i nic co by się wiązało z WiFi

Czy możliwe , że  router jest już sprzętowo uszkodzony ?  czy jest jeszcze jakiś sposób na uruchomienie tej usługi.

Jak wgrałeś openwrt - pokaż wynik logread/dmesg od początku. Może art skasowałeś.

Masz niepotrzebny router, uszkodzony czy nie - chętnie przygarnę go.

Teraz  generalnie jak by miała przebiegać naprawa...  (jak  to wgrać  itd )

1. Zakładam, że nie masz kopii zapasowej tej partycji więc musisz gdzieś taką zdobyć (ja niestety nie mam).
2. Wgrać najłatwiej będzie przez tftp i konsolę U-Boot.
3. Jeżeli nie przez konsolę U-Boot, to przez DD-WRT, bo chyba w tej dystrybucji zapis na partycji ART nie jest zablokowany (do potwierdzenia).
4. Jeżeli przez OpenWrt, to potrzebujesz własnej kompilacji z odblokowaną możliwością zapisu na partycji ART.

Wybierz sposób, a my podpowiemy co dalej.

Masz niepotrzebny router, uszkodzony czy nie - chętnie przygarnę go.

1. Kopii zapasowej nie mam  na 100%  , bo przyznam że nawet nie miałem wiedzy w tym temacie  (nie wiem jak się robi taką kopię ).
2. Jeśli chodzi o wgrywanie to myślę  że  nie będzie problemu w jaki sposób choć prędzej bym preferował przez tftp i konsolę U-Boot.

Wystarczy dostęp przez SSH i SCP żeby zgrać ART.

...próbowałem zmienić ART  za pomocą  DD-WRT   komendą  " mtd -r write /tmp/art.bin"  i niestety brak efektów , a jeśli chodzi o konsolę  szeregową  to   rozumiem że  bez rs232 nie mam  co podchodzić ?
