te pliki dwa maja być w folderze o nazwie wget2nand czy luzem wraz z programem mongoose?

Ani tak ani tak.
mongoose jest serwerem www, masz go uruchomić i pliki skopiować do katalogu który on udostępnia. Czy działa to weryfikujesz po prostu wpisując adres w przeglądarce - musi się zgłosić z listą plików i te dwa maja być widoczne. Jeżeli uruchomisz go na porcie 8080 to później musisz taki port podać przy wget2nand
wget2nand to program który uruchamiasz po uruchomieniu openwrt, on pobierze te dwa pliki i zainstaluje to we flash RB411.

nie mam jak tego zrestartować bo musze od nowa wgrywać ten pierwszy plik za pierwszym razem hce go wgrać ale zwraca błąd reszte jest ten temp i nie da sie wpisać nic innego

Szału można dostać. Nawet poprawnie polecenia nie umiesz przepisać. SPACJA tam jest! Pomiędzy -r i /. SPACJA!
Miałeś też pobrać aktualną wersję a nadaj jedziesz ma starej AA. Sorry, ale nie będę kontynuował tego wątku, bo ja pisze jedno a ty masz to w głębokim poważaniu.
