Temat: MR3020 - mało miejsca a chcę mieć FSCK - da się ?

Witam.
Znowu mam awarie w tym routerku.
Pracował jako czytnik z temperatur. Extroot na pendrive. EXT2
Co 10 minut wykonywał skrypt odczytujący z digitempa temperaturę, wysyłał ją do MYSQL przez internet.
I to byłą cała jego praca.
2 dni tempu przestałem otrzymywać od niego dane.
Zalogowałem się do niego ale po niecałych 3 miutach mnie rozłączyło. I tak kilkanaście razy, za każdym razem ok 2-3 minut pracy i mnie rozłącza.
Sprawdziłem czy to router się wyłacza czy gubi sieć - fizycznie widać że się restartował.
nawet nie zdążałem zalogować się i przejrzeć logów.
Odłączyłem pena, podłączyłem pod innego linucha, zedytowałem plik system i zmieniłem na logowanie do pliku.

Niewiele mi to powiedziało (jestem laikiem).
Zajrzałem do zawartości atalogów /etc/init.d i co się okazało o ile w /etc/config wyglądało wszystko na oryginalne to w init.d były tylko 3 pliki.
Miałem wcześniej zrobiona kopię katalogu więc wrzuciłem. Restart i obserwacja. Niestety bez zmian.
Jak miałem podłączony ten pendrive  pod inny router to zrobiłem e2fsck. Znalazł błędy (niestety nie zapisałem jakie) i je naprawił.

Teraz zaktualizowałem soft w tym MR3020 i od nowa go konfiguruje do pełnienia swojej roli. (temperatury).
Tym razem chciałbym żeby na tym penie była także baza mysql (mógłbym spokojnie wyłączyć swój domowy bez obawy że nie będzie odczytów) .

No i przechodzimy do meritum.
Domyślam się że problemem jest brak możliwości przy reboocie (np. raz dziennie) przeprowadzenia fsck.
Skoro e2fsprogs jest zainstalowany na extroocie bo niema miejsca w pam wewnetrznej to jak ma się sam zeskanować mimo wpisów w fstabie.
Noi i teraz prośba.
Po aktualizacji, nic jeszcze nie wgrywane mam tyle miejsca:

Jak wrzucić tutaj fsck, opkg przy prubie instalacji e2fsprogs wypluwa że mam za mało miejsca. Można jakoś wyłuskać samo fsck ? (zaznaczam ze sam nic nie skompiluję bo nie umiem).

Pyt 2. Czy bezpiecnziej będzie sformatować go np na ext3 lub 4 ?

Nie da się. Samo fsck zajmuje też dużo miejsca, więc nic z tego. Do /tmp możesz zainstalować, ale to oczywiście nic nie da po resecie.

Pisz do pepe2k żeby Ci pamięć na większą wymienił.

Zainstaluj czysty soft bez gui, nie gargoyle. Tam jest więcej miejsca wolnego.

Dobra. Przywiązałem się do tego softu wiec dam jeszcze jedną szansę dla tego rozwiązania ext2 bez fsck na starcie.
Skonfigurowałem odpaliłem i działa puki co.
No ale niema tak dobrze.
Sprawdzam rano na logi z odczytów temperatur które lądują u  mnie - wszystko ok.
Sprawdzam za jakiś czas  - kiszka. Ok 7:40 ostatni odczyt.
Próbuje zalogować się (putty) na router. Nie ma połączenia.
(Mój router pracuje jako Klient+AP, net otrzymuje z innego routera (nazwijmy go router2 do którego użyczono mi dostęp) przez wifi. Sam też nadaje wifi.)

Sprawdzam połączenie z routerem będącym "oknem na świat" dla mojego mr3020. Widzę go, mogę się zalogować wszystko jest OK. Wykonuję jego reboot. Nic to nie daje. Dalej brak widoczności MR3020.

Wracam z pracy. Idę obejrzeć ofiarę. laptop się odpala a ja w między czasie sprawdzam w telefonie sieci wifi w zasięgu.
Widzę router2 - sygnał ok 30%, sygnału z MR3020 brak. Jakby wyłączone wifi było.
Podłączam kabel, otrzymuję adres z dhcp. Loguję się przez putty - połączenie jest. Gui też działa.
Robię ping bramy (router2) brak odpowiedzi. Przeglądam logi, brak wpisów z godziny kiedy przestał działać net.
Ale zauważyłem że w laptopie aktualizować zaczął się antywirus. Skąd ten net?
Robię ping routera2 jeszcze raz - wszystko działa. Pinguję google.pl - też ok.
Sprawdzam w telefonieu obecne w okolicy sieci - pojawił się mój mr3020. \
Nie robiłem żadnego restartu a jedynie pingnąłem praę razy . Tak jakby nadajnik sie wyłaczył a ja go obudziłem.
Sprawdziłem w gui harmonogram wifi - wyłączony.

Co to może być?


Ps. Pisze powyższą wiadomość i w miedzy czasie (już z domu, zdalnie) wlazłem w /config/system żeby zmienić logi na zapis do pliku. Ustawiłem

No i zrobiłem restart. Po restarcie sprawdzam - plik logów się nie utworzył. Wchodzę w plik system i sprawdzam- rzeczywiście mój błąd - nie postawiłem apostrofu na końcu logi.log.
Poprawiam, restartuję.
Po reboocie wchodzę w gui a tu - kiszka strona wygląda jak dokument tekstowy i na samej górze napisanuy błąd :

Wchodzę w putty, robię reboot.
Czekam kilka minut - brak łączności. pytty - connection time out.

Pofatyguje (mam moze ze 200m) do router i zobaczę czy działa. Jak juzbędę przy nim to co sprawdzić, jak naprawić gui (pytam żeby ciągle nie biegać)?
