Ale jak, przez kabel szeregowy? To nie ssh czy telnet tylko serial port.

Nie, nie trzeba. Jest zaraz na starcie ten komunikat.
Przecież Ty nic nie wgrywasz. Nie pobiera Ci pliku w komputera w ogóle. Postawiłeś tam serwer tftp?
Nic Ci się nie wgrywa, z tego co pamiętam u siebie nie masz łączności z serwerem ftp. Musisz sprawdzić połączenia.
PS. Może chodzić o zakres IP ustawiony w karcie sieciowej. Oczywiście pod warunkiem, że w ogóle mamy serwer odpalony.
Ten serwer interface to źle masz, przeciez na 192.168.0.5 ma nasłuchiwać.
Rozwin server interface i kliknij w IP 192.x.x.x
teraz serwer dobrze nasłuchuje, jednak w dalszym ciągu mam ten komunikat co był i co 10-te T od nowa liczy i tak w kółko.
Dobrze działający serwer powiniem zassać Ci plik, co objawi się zarówno w oknie Tftpd (pokaże się wysyłanie) oraz w oknie putty. Jeśli się to nie dzieje to wciąż coś CI zakłóca komunikację. Zdarzają się np. zawzięte firewall'e.
A to gdzie podłączam kabel RJ45 do routera to też jest istotne, czy nie ważne gdzie jest podłączony?
Do portu lan. A gdzie to podłączyłeś?

Probowalem przemieniac je ale nic to nie dawalo (druga dioda swieci sie dopiero po podlaczeniu po ktorym laczy tak jak na obrazku do gory)
Nic nie możesz wpisać bo musisz przerwać bootloader. Masz na to tylko 1s i to tylko w momencie jak wypisał "Autobooting..."
