Temat: NEXX WT3020 16M cegła po aktualizacji gargoyle-1.13.0.0pre6-ramips-mt7

Witam

Jak w temacie ubiłem 2 szt NEXX WT3020 z 16M po aktualizacji firmware plikiem gargoyle-1.13.0.0pre6-ramips-mt7620-wt3020-16M-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin. Aktualizacja w obu przypadkach przebiegła do samego końca poprawnie i po restarcie nie wstał. Regularnie cyklicznie wolno miga dioda led. Po podłączeniu kabla lan do PC łączy i rozłącza lan i tak w kółko. Aktualizacja z wcześniejszej wersji gargoyle od Cezarego.

Wracając do tematu jak najszybciej i jakim firmware postawić router najlepiej przez bootloader ?

Ostatecznie mam zgrane flashe ale nie chcę wyciągać flasha.

Z tego co pamiętam można go postawić bootloaderem i serwerem tftp jednak dawno już się tym nie zajmowałem więc proszę o jakąś podpowiedź przedewszystkim jaki adres tftp i nazwa pliku firmware jaki będzie chciał pobrać.

A miałeś faktycznie wlutowane 16MB flash?

Dowolnym - np. tftp64 pod windows, atftpd po linuksa.

Masz niepotrzebny router, uszkodzony czy nie - chętnie przygarnę go.

Tak oczywiście i był poprawnie wykrywany i działał ponad rok. Nigdy nie było żadnych problemów.

Cezary a mógłbyś pokrótce podpowiedzieć jak to po kolei tftp64 zrobić. Jaki adres tftp i nazwa pliku oraz który obraz zamontować.

Ustawiasz na stałe adres ip na karcie sieciowej, np. 192.168.1.2. Uruchamiasz tftp64, wskazujesz gdzie jest katalog w plikami, wybierasz interfejs który ma wpisane 192.168.1.2 z listy. Wywalasz wszelkie antywirusy, firewalle, nody czy inne rzeczy dzięki którym czujesz się bezpieczny.

Rozbierasz ostrożnie nexxa żeby go nie połamać, podłączasz konsolę szeregową, podłączasz kabel do komputera. Uruchamiasz, podczas startu masz małe menu. Wybierasz 2: Load system code then write to Flash via TFTP. odpowiadasz na pytania podając adres serwera, adres hosta i nazwę pliku który masz na serwerze tftp. Enter, on to pobiera i wgrywa.

Soft - dokładnie ten sam plik który próbowałeś wgrać.

Ale zanim to zaczniesz - połącz konsolę i zobacz dlaczego się nie uruchomił, zobacz co wypisuje na starcie.

Nie podzielił automatycznie flasha. Wgraj wersję od 8MB i zobacz co będzie.

Coś nie chce mi pobrać przez tftp firmware. Czy na pewno adres serwera ma być 192.168.1.2 a nie 192.168.8.2. Chyba fabrycznie firmware miał adres 192.168.8.1 ?

Niestety nie mogę taraz z CC 15.05 zaktualizować wyżej bo wywala błąd kasowania bloku flash i robi cegłe.

Tu już ci nie jestem w stanie pomóc, jeżeli nie chce wyczyścić flash. Możesz spróbować w trybie failsafe to zrobić, choć pewnie będzie podobnie.

Okazało się że problemem kasowania bloku flash było wgranie Openwrt CC dla wersji 4MB. Po wgraniu dla wersji 16M upgrade poszedł w obu urządzeniach bezproblemowo.

Cezary jak będziesz miał chwilę to skompiluj poprawioną wersję gargoyle-1.13.0.0.

Router wstał ale po zalogowaniu w gui u góry ciągle komunikat:

Pamięć flash routera jest zapełniona (zamontowania w trybie tylko do odczytu) lub tymczasowo wykorzystywana jest pamięć RAM. Router nie będzie działać poprawnie lub powróci do stanu poprzedniego po ponownym uruchomieniu. Przywróć domyślną konfigurację lub wgraj nowe oprogramowanie (bez zachowania ustawień).

Przywrócenie domyślnej konfiguracji nie pomaga.
