Do powyższego dodałbym jeszcze radiator na pamięć.
Problem chyba rozwiązany. Przyczynę znalazłem ale zrozumie jej nie mogę:
Dostawca internetu weryfikuje MAC. Wystarczyło przywrócić oryginalny MAC komputera i wszystko działa.
Próbowałem z przodu, z tyłu dalej to samo.
Jeżeli chcesz mieć pewność gdzie TX a gdzie RX - znajdź w internecie opis kości z twojego modułu i prześledź jak idą lutowania.

oot@OpenWrt:~# ifconfig
eth0.2 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:50:8D:45:76:83
inet addr:88.156.188.209 Bcast:88.156.191.255 Mask:255.255.248.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:432 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:19 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
Np. próbuję puścić ping do bramki dostawcy:
root@OpenWrt:~# ping 88.156.184.1
PING 88.156.184.1 (88.156.184.1): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 88.156.184.1: seq=0 ttl=255 time=5.883 mspo tej pierwszej linijce jest pustka i cisza....
64 bytes from 88.156.184.1: seq=0 ttl=255 time=5.883 ms
64 bytes from 88.156.184.1: seq=1 ttl=255 time=8.456 ms
64 bytes from 88.156.184.1: seq=2 ttl=255 time=7.359 ms
64 bytes from 88.156.184.1: seq=3 ttl=255 time=5.381 msi td.
i znowu cisza...
