Zainstalowałem hula.

rootfs to sam system plików. combined zawiera kernel + system plików + strukturę partycji. ext4 to system plików, cały obszar jest zapisywalny, squashfs - inny, jak w normalnych routera, tylko do odczytu a reszta dopiero robiona jest przz overlay.

Co zainstalujesz/skonfigurujesz to już wg własnego uznania. Wszystkie konieczne pakiety masz już w systemie + trochę śmieci.

Tak sobie konfiguruje ten terminal i skopiowałem mu motion.conf z mojego już zrobionego wdr3600
uruchomiłem motion i potem zrobiłem logread a on że zapisał zdjęcia w lokalizacji która była podana dla wdr3600

ale w tych logach wypisuje coś o moim raspberry, które jest podpięte w tej samej sieci

Okej a te focie? Gdzie się zapisują
W terminalu niema takiej ścieżki jak w logu - tzn nima żadnych nośników pamięci jeszcze.
A ścieżka no chyba jest ale gdzie ostatecznie na tą chwilę się te zdjęcia zapisują, nie chciał bym sobie zapchać Flash.
Jak dołożę pamięć USB to podam ścieżkę w motion ale teraz tego nie kminie..

Achaaa.
Jeśli ten terminal pracował by bez Extroota ,(tylko na własnym flash)
To czy nagłe przerwy w zasilaniu, też mogą mu zniszczyć system?  Jeśli tak, to chyba ryzyko jest zdecydowanie mniejsze??

Naciśnięcie przycisku power na obudowie wyłącza terminal- ale to jest wyłączenie chyba takie jak powinno być bezpieczne?

To jeszcze się doradzę w takiej kwestii.

Załóżmy że w końcu skonfiguruje tą sztukę terminala jak się należy (gsm,motion itp)
a na półce leżą jeszcze dwie sztuki takich terminali i czekają aż poświecę im czas i skonfiguruję je w identyczny sposób.

Czy abym nie musiał wszystkiego klikać od początku, mógł bym ten działający uruchomić z live usb (linuxa) i skopiować jego flash przez dd do pliku .img  na inny pendrak, następnie uruchomić kolejny terminal z live usb i wgrać mu ten plik .img (wcześniej utworzony) do wewnetrznej pamięci flash ?
Jeśli to by zadziało (powinno chyba?)

pamięci flash są jednakowych rozmiarów, wobec tego nie musiał bym robić jakiś dodatkowych zabiegów z uwalnianiem przestrzeni?

Chyba  że jest jeszcze jakiś łatwiejszy sposób , przez sieć ? tylko  JAK ?

Tak, powinno. Robisz kopię flash na jakiś pendrive i wgrywasz go ponownie tak jak napisałeś.

Załatwiłem modem GSM Huawei E1750c   (modem bez simlocka  na windzie sprawdzony z kartą plusa jak obecnie)    opcje pin pominąłem bo niema zabezpieczenia..

próbowałem tym sposobem   - potem jak nie trybił to tym drugim niżej - Ale też nie trybi.    Jak go skonfigurować ?

Odłącz modem i podłącz ponownie, zrób ifup wan
Albo go nie restartowałeś albo coś innego, na razie twierdzi że nie ma urządzenia.

ale w logread coś gada o modemie

podłączyłem jeszcze raz do innego portu (wcześniej też dioda migała), zrobiłem jeszcze raz reboot

i jeśli chodzi o to   to tak samo

EDIT: umiesz obsługiwać vi ? Jeżeli nie to na eko.one.pl masz poradnik.

Zrób vi /etc/hotplug.d/tty/30-3g i linię 17 zmień z

Zrestartuj całość.

Masz niepotrzebny router, uszkodzony czy nie - chętnie przygarnę go.
