nie ma szans na mała ilość pamięci.
po upgrade zrobiłem firstboot i dopiero extroot

sformatowałem jeszcze raz partycję i zamontowało

teraz spróbuję zamontować extroot

po sformatowaniu i skonfigurowaniu /overlay w fstab
zamontowało poprawnie sda1
(nie wiem czemu ale wyzerowało mi konfigurację)
