Wifi ruszyło!
Od ostatnich działań zrobiłem tak:
1. Wgrałem na partycję Factory2 to samo co na Factory czyli kopię Factory z działającego routera ze zmodyfikowanymi adresami MAC na takie jak miał pierwotnie uszkodzony router. Nic po tym się nie zmieniło.
2. Wgrałem 23.05 Cezarego z zachowaniem konfiguracji. Nic po tym się nie zmieniło.
3. Wgrałem 23.05 Cezarego bez zachowania konfiguracji. Wifi zaczęto działać.
4. Wgrałem moją konfigurację. Wifi działa!

Partycja nvram, czyli /dev/ubi0_0 na sprawnym routerze są tam same ff na tym z niedziałającym WiFi, coś jest jakiś binarny "śmietnik";)

Wgrywanie oryginalnego trx przez asus restoration kończyło się ciągłym restartem.

ciekawe hexdumpy ubi0_1 i ubi0_2 są identyczne
A mac w nich znalazłem tylko od radia 5G. Oczywiście oba 2.4 i 5G działają prawidłowo.

Być może tak się stało, to tylko moje przypuszczenie, ale nie mam ani żadnych pretensji ani nie zakładam, że chciałeś źle, wręcz odwrotnie. Padło to padło i tyle. Czekać dalej nie mogę, więc kupuję nowy. Stary na frisbee dla psa się nie nadaje bo przez swoje kształty, źle lata. Podstawka też z niego marna bo wszystko z niego spada wink Coś z nim zrobię jakoś zagospodaruję. Na firmowym sofcie wszystko działa, więc może na coś w takim wariancie się przyda.

Wykrywa obydwa radia jako 5G/6G. Może coś więcej zostało usunięte?

Nic mi nie przychodzi do głowy. Historia jest taka:
1. Działał na 23.05 wiele miesięcy bez problemowo (razem z bratem bliźniakiem wink).
2. Dostał aktualizację 24.10 i po niej zdechł tak, że safemode nie wchodził w grę.
3. Przez TFTP próbowałem wgrywać firmware 23.x i 24.x od Cezarego i z OpenWRT oraz kilka wersji oryginałów od ASUS-a. Wszystko kończyło się tym, ze router wstawał i po paru sekundach wykonywał restart.
4. Kolega tutaj zaproponował:

i to spowodowało, że system zaczął wstawać jak trzeba, ale chyba wtedy poszła się gonić partycja Factory i Factory2.

Wgranie poszło poprawnie i router po restartcie ma adresy MAC oczywiście takie jak drugi.

Jasne. Porównałem ten log z drugim działającym routerem. Oprócz różnic adresów czy zapisów związanych z różnymi urządzeniami USB wszystko jest identyczne.
Zauważyłem, że interfejsy phy na routerze z niedziałającym WiFi mają adresy xx:AA:BB:CC:DD:Ex.

Niestety radość moja połowiczna, router odżył ale nie w całości. System się podnosi, ale Wifi jednak nie działa pod OpenWrt, ani na 24.10 ani na 23.05. Na oryginalnym sofcie ASUS-a WiFi działa bez problemu.
Mam dwa takie routery. Dotychczas działały bez problemowo na 23.05, maja identyczne konfiguracje. Jeden z nich podniosłem do 24.10 i WiFi zdechło. Drugi oczywiście z tą samą konfiguracją grzecznie działa bez najmniejszych problemów.

Ma ktoś jakiś pomysł?

Nie jestem pewien na 100% ale wole ostrzec. Jeżeli masz Asus TUF-AX6000 i najdzie Cię ochota na upgrade do 24.10, to daj sobie po łapach.

Zainstalowałem OpenWrt 24.10 z LuCi na próbę i niestety WiFi brak. Wróciłem więc do 23.05 i tu wszystko jest ok, tak jak było dotychczas.
