jesli chodzi o windows to dziala na zasadzie zeskanowanie i zapisanie skanu w wybranym formacie
nie ma czegos takiego jak podglad tylko od razu zapisuje
jesli chodzi o linuxa (ubuntu) tu jest duzo lepiej poniewaz masz podglad skanu przed zapisem

jesli chodzi o windowsa i linuxa sobie poradzilem
jak uruchomic i skonfigurowac skanowanie na mac os ?
mam do dyspozycji maca el capitan na macbook pro i sierre na hackintoshu (w pelni dzialajacy os )

nie wiem czy dobrze utworzylem
poprostu wpisalem w terminalu
vi /etc/xinetd.d/sane
i wkleilem to co bylo w poradniku
i tak wogole czy ten skaner w tej drukarce wogole jest obslugiwany bo na stronie z poradnika pokazane sa same skanery a nie urzadzenia wielofunkcyjne

1. Dodałem znak + w /etc/sane.d/saned.conf (pod ostatnią linią po prostu +) , oraz

mam router 3430 do ktorego podlaczylem drukarke hp f2180.
drukarke skonfigurowalem na komputerze z windows 10 i dziala
jak mam teraz uruchomic skaner zeby dzialal
polecenie scanimage -L daje taki wynik
