na TL-MR3420 wgrałem obraz openwrt-ar71xx-tl-mr3420-v1-squashfs-factory.bin
modemy nie był wykrywany, więc zgodnie z instrukcją z eko.one.pl donistalowałem potrzebne pakiety:

Odp: ZTE MF195 na TL-MR3420

I na dodatek od operatora nie dostajesz dnsów. Zrób coś takiego:

uci set network.wan.pppd_options='debug noipdefault local nobsdcomp'
uci commit
ifup wan

Masz niepotrzebny router, uszkodzony czy nie - chętnie przygarnę go.

Dzięki za błyskawiczną odpowiedź.

Obecne objawy - modem łączy się po czym "restartuje" (sam modem) dioda zaczyna migać na zielono, robi się czerwona. Potem wykrycie urządzenia - dioda zaczyna mrugać na zielono, zapala się na zielono i następuje kolejna próba połączenia.

Podbijam temat, w T-mobile w sprzedaży będą już tylko ZTE MF195. Niestety brak rozwiązań póki co.

Ponieważ modem jest na chipie Icera - zróbcie takie coś:
- z pliku /etc/ppp/options usuńcie dwie linie:
noaccomp
nopcomp
- z pliku /lib/network/3g.sh usuńcie dwie linie:

nopcomp \

U mnie działa i bez usuwania, ale jak ich nie ma też działa. Sprawdźcie u siebie.

Tak sprawdzałem to co wyżej ale po zmianie pliku w logah pojawia się jakiś bład. I dalej mam connection terminate 15.

Wieczorem jeszcze raz usiade i sprawdze wszystko - od wgrania na nowo obrazu systemu 1.5.6

Z tego co zauważyłem to przez rozłaczeniem jest wykrywany mass storage i to może coś tu mieszać. Może mass storage można wyłaczyć.

No właśnie ten "jakiś" może być ciekawy.

Modem sam musi się przełączyć i mechanizmy za to odpowiedzialne są w systemie.

Witam,

U mnie również na TPLINK 1043ND ten modem nie działa. Najnowszy obraz Backfire, firstboot, a później krop po kroku poradnik od Cezarego. Wypróbowane również na hubie aktywnym USB, ale ten sam rezultat.

Czy u kogoś zadziałał ten modem na routerze wyposażonym w Openwrt (oprócz Cezarego)?

Hub był zasilany. Podłączyłem pod hub w monitorze. Modem się zaświecił, jak jeszcze nie podłączyłem Huba do routera. Osoba, która zakładała ten temat też próbowała z hubem aktywnym.

Witam serdecznie!
Dostalem (a dokładniej pożyczyłem na czas neokreślony) router TP-LINK MR3220 (niemal identyczny jak 3420). Miał zainstalowanego Gargoyle w jakiejś starszej wersji. Próbowałem podpiąć mu modem USB MF 195, ale modem nawet nie reagował (dioda nawet nie migała). Inny modem działał. Postanowiłem zatem w pierwszej kolejności zaktualizować oprogramowanie routera (przez www, po wi-fi, bo nie mam pod ręką kabla). Wszystko poszło OK, choć trochę strachu było, bo po aktualizacji nie nadawał wi-fi. Kilka restartów, wciskania QSS itd i jakoś ruszyło.
Teraz modem MF 195 jest wykrywany przez router, widać że chyba nawet loguje się do sieci (t-mobile), ale po chwili się rozłącza i tak w kółko - dokładnie tak, jak koledzy wyżej pisali. Ten "inny" modem (dokładnie HUAWEI E122) jak działał, tak działa dobrze.
Oczywiście przed napisaniem tego posta obczytałem parę tematów i poradników, ale raz, że temat sieci, routerów itd to dla mnie czarna magia, do tego nigdy nie miałem do czynienia z linuksem, działam na Windowsie 7  i nie wiem jak poinstalować i skąd wziąć te wszystkie sterowniki i jak poradzić sobie z edycją plików (o której wspomniał Cezary).
To, co udało mi się osiąnąć to:
- najnowsze Gargoyle na routerze;
- zainstalowany i połączony z routerem program PUTTY;
- zainstalowany nano (GNU nano 2.2.6)

i nie mam pojcia co dalej. Godzina późna, czaszka już pęka od nadmiaru informacji... mam mętlik w głowie. Byłbym wdzięczny gdyby ktoś poprowadził mnie krok po kroku.

Udało mi się chyba znaleźć sterownki - kmod-usb-net-cdc-ether_3.3.8-1_ar71xx.ipk Piszę "chyba", bo nie mam pewności czy to właściwe. Znalazłem je tu: http://ecco.selfip.net/gargoyle-pl/atti … /packages/. Po instalacji przez PUTTY, niestety brak jakichkolwiek zmian. Dodam tylko że zarówno przed wgraniem w/w sterownika, jak i po - kontrolka "3G" na routerze albo pali się, albo miga jak podczas transferu danych. Oczywiście robi to "w kółko" - świeci, chwilę miga, świeci, chwilę miga... Modem w tym czasie zmienia kolorki (jakby łączył się z siecią). Dalej już nie wiem i nie umiem sam sobie poradzić, dlatego liczę na pomoc.
