Witam, mam ten sam problem. Pobadałem trochę temat, i wydaje mi się, iż zaproponowane rozwiązanie nie będzie działać, ze względu na wywołanie komendy block ze squashfs. Zaproponowana metoda jest zapisywana na JFFS2, i zanim zostanie wywołana ta zmieniona już poszło montowanie dysków i jest po ptakach.
A u mnie działa. I wielokrotnie to na forum pokazałem.

Dodam od siebie że po kilku dniach testowania w/w rozwiązania napotkałem problem. Mianowicie wszystko działa do momentu jak nie odłączę fizycznie prądu od routera TP-Link TL-WR1043ND. Co ciekawe reboot można zrobić i działa. Ale poweroff i odłączenie prądu a następnie podłączenie prądu i już nie działa. Router z wpiętym E3372 HiLink nie podniesie się. Udało mi się naprawić tą sytuację i znowu działało, lecz po kolejnym teście odłączenia prądu, awaria powtórzyła się. Kiedyś "podobny" problem po odłączeniu zasilania miałem z ZyXEL NBG6716 gdzie przyczyna była w /etc/config/fstab gdzie anon_mount było ustawione na 1. Po zmianie na 0 było dobrze. Ostatecznie odpuściłem to rozwiązanie.
Na oddzielnym patyku extroot działa. Tylko trzeba hub i dodatkowe zasilanie.

Zrobiłem extroota zgodnie z poradnikiem i wszystko działa do momentu rozłączenia zasilania, bo kiedy zasilanie wraca, to router nie ma połączenia z kartą SD (?) - lampka SYS miga i nic się nie dzieje, a gdy chcę się zalogować po SSH, to wywala błąd.
Router włącza się poprawnie kiedy najpierw zasilę modem, a dopiero po paru sekundach wepnę zasilanie do routera. Próbowałem majstrować przy skrypcie block i zmienić sleep 1 na sleep 5 albo dać sleep 30 przed pętlą - bez rezultatu.
Wygląda to tak, jakby wcześniej włączał się jakiś inny skrypt block:

Mam ten sam modem, extroot na karcie SD i po wyłączeniu zasilania klops, nie wstaje. Ratuję się Failsafe, potem firsboot i robię extroota od nowa, ale nie czyszczę zawartości karty SD więc programy i ustawienia zachowują się na niej i po restarcie mam znowu wszystko po staremu. Nie udało mi się uporać z tym problemem i z tego co googlowałam wiele osób ma to samo. Próbowałam na pendrive, ale to nic nie zmienia, po zaniku zasilania sytuacja taka jak wyżej.
Po testujcie sobie skrypty z tego wątku

Zróbcie sobie extroota na zwykłem pendrive. Tak, da się na karcie modemu ale są większe lub mniejsze problemy. Więc zróbcie normalnie.
Już próbowałam, ale wezmę jeszcze pendrive Kingstona i dam znać o rezultatach. Swoją drogą trochę szkoda, że nie można wykorzystać SD w modemie.
Można można, dostałaś linka, opisywałem to też na eko.one.pl. Ale zrób na pendrive, dla własnego spokoju.
Cały sekret w tym żeby przełączyć wcześniej modem, gdzie karta pamięci jest od razu widoczna i NIE ZNIKA podczas przełączania modemu. Jak tak masz to śmiało możesz robić, jak nie masz to musisz kombinować żeby modem przełączyć przed zrobieniem extroota.
Skoro mówisz, że da się na karcie SD, to pomęczę jeszcze te skrypty. Dlaczego extroot znika tylko po odcięciu zasilania, a działa po zwykłym restarcie (reboot)?
Albo twój modem potrzebuje więcej czasu na inicjację i jakieś sleepy musisz powstawiać. Zrób na zwykłym pendrive...
