Does anyone use a PC for satellite TV reception?

I'm trying to set up Tvheadend  on Debian Linux (haven't managed to get it built on OpenWrt yet...) but when scanning for channels it is unable to pick up the frequencies 10719Mhz, 10723MHz and 10757MHz which transmit most of the Polish channels.

How can I configure Tvheadend so that finds these frequencies?

If I use the Windows program which comes with the dongle http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/site/products/data_461e.html it is available to receive programs on these frequencies, but I don't have any way to decrypt them.
